At WeRateDogs, we want every pup and person to be 14/10 happy with their purchase. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, free of dog hair and odors, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure the items in their original packaging, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
